Please try to forget or unpair your earbud on your device, then manually reconnect both earbuds by pressing the button twice on the back of the charging case while the earbuds are inside the case (with the lid open). If the manual pairing did not fix the issue, forget/unpair the earbuds again and perform a factory reset. Please note that resetting the earbuds will wipe all previous settings and pairings made on the product. To perform a factory/hardware reset, press and hold the button on the charging case for more than 5 seconds next to the USB-C port. Next, try to manually reconnect them again with the same steps previously and pair the earbuds to your source device. If the troubleshooting steps fail to resolve the issue, please contact our customer support via our official website or toll-free hotline for further assistance.

Our JBL Live Free NC+ TWS has Play/Pause, Skip Next and Skip backward functions when connected to a Bluetooth source.

You may try resetting the JBL Live Free NC +TWS by double-tapping the button on the right earbud, then on the third tap - press and hold the button for more than 2 seconds. If the earbuds are still not receiving any charge, may I recommend that you try the following: Try charging them with a different charger. Try charging via another wall outlet. In most cases when a PC has issues connecting to a Bluetooth device (Portable speaker, Headphones, Active speakers), it's caused by your Computer's Bluetooth driver (software). Always get the latest driver version available for your Computer/PC/Laptop. To download the correct driver (software), visit the manufacturer's website of your Computer. They usually have a "Support/Download" section where you can find the correct driver. Otherwise, we advise you to contact their support.

Our JBL Live Free NC+ TWS has an LED light indicator on the charging case that indicates the earbuds are charging. You can charge the case by plugging it in using the included Type-C USB cable and any adapter rated 5V 1A.
