The sound quality is incredible at this price point but One side has stopped working after 1 year of use. Will a factory reset fix it?

On the basis of the information provided, I recommend that you try the following: 1- Please ensure the headphone is turned on. 2- Long press the Volume + and the Volume -buttons together. Make sure the Bluetooth is not switched on and is not paired to any device. 3- If the LED indicator flashes faster, the headphones will be reset. Before attempting to pair with the headphone after the reset, make sure you have forgotten the device from the Bluetooth menu on your smart phone/tablet. I am not able to fully charge the JBL Tune 500BT. After a few minutes of charging , the red led goes off (i understand a full charge should take 2 hrs). Max listening time i had with these headphones is just over 1 hr. (should be 16 hrs)

Har I pr&oslash;vet at parre en hovedtelefon, spille p&aring; den, derefter slukke den, parre med den n&aelig;ste, og s&aring; en gang til, s&aring; I har parret med alle tre? Dette burde ikke v&aelig;re et problem. Med visse telefoner kan det v&aelig;re muligt at omd&oslash;be hovedtelefonerne, s&aring; man kan skelne mellem dem, men det er ikke en feature i selve hovedtelefonen. That's gonna be a weird one. I wanna buy a case for mine but i don't know it's size (in cm etc.) and i'm unable to measure it myself. If you have this info can you share it? (Measurements while it's folded would be enough)

While listening on my laptop, 1 or both ear pieces stop working, then come back on but the music or talk never stopped on what I am watching. Is this a defect? Is there something I can do? Bought these at Target 7/20/20, haven't used them a lot.

Our JBL T500BT doesn't have any 3.5mm aux port to connect to your PC. You can check out the wired version which is the JBL T500 instead if you wish to use it for PC.

When I am using my headphones for music they work fine. But for zoom/meet calls, after a few minutes, the voice is all distorted. The system sound is also distorted. I tried restarting the laptop and the headphones but it still keeps happening. HELP

Please make sure that the headphones are not on low battery when it's sounding distorted. When this happens, try to connect your T500BT to a different device or phone and observe if it will distort or not. If it stops distorting, there could be a driver problem with your laptop.

Hi there, thanks for reaching out. It looks like having multiple Bluetooth connections to the same source is causing the issue. We recommend only having one device connected by Bluetooth and the other device connected via wire or AUX cable to avoid connection interference.

Hi, a question about video playback. Is it normal that when I play videos (for example youtube) there are intermittences in the audio? when in a video you pass from silent moments to noises the audio makes like snaps, it doesn't go continuously.

i bought these headphones today and currently i am having problems with connecting it to my computer, when it is connected the headphones run in the lowest quality possible in single channel mode, i have tried reseting the bluetooth drivers and setting.
