Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good they are really nice, you can put them in your pocket and they are always with you. The noise cancelling is really true, even without turning the volume to the max I can still enjoy music and podcast without hearing anyone else around me. At the gym is also great! You can easily isolate and just focus on your self on your cardio. What I found incredible is that you can turn the volume up and down just with a touch of your finger or literally skip to the next song! The phone call sounds is not the best to be honest, but still valuable. The shape is also ergonomic and comfortable as they come with few ear plug size. Overall really pleased with it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great value for money. Really happy with these earbuds. Noise cancelling is good, sound is great, and battery life beats most competitors hands-down. The only issue I had initially, was discomfort, these really hurt the ‘bowl’ of the ear. However, I changed the tips to the largest ones and this helped a lot, but wasn’t perfect. After a few days though my ears go used to them and now I’m free of any discomfort. There are also plenty of memory foam earbud tips out there that will fit these, but must will be too big to allow the case to close. You can trim those memory foam earbuds down with some scissors though.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Sorry, the notification sound is not decent I just got one yesterday, and sadly speaking, I might not use it tomorrow. The music is good, the Noise Cancelling is great, but the notification sound just keep me from enjoying it. Every time I connect it with computer it rings, every time I change the ANC it rings, the noise is so loud that I could feel the pain my ears. And I look into apps, the setting and online document, turn out that there is no way to lower the volume or close the notification. If it looks good, please add a feature for setting the notification.

They fit super comfortably, no moving around or falling out. I went over a week without having to charge them and I listen to a lot of music throughout the day. Can definitely recommend them, I don’t think there is a better pair of earbuds on the market for that price point with all the specs of these!

You get three sizes of plugs so there should be at leat one that fits best. In the JBL headphones app you can adjust the function of the button to your liking. Wether it's changing the volume of answering phone calls. You can also change the sound with the equalizer settings within the app to your preference. The battery life of the case and the earbuds is fine. The case gives me enough battery to last me a week with almost daily use of about 2 hours minimum. Overall I'm very pleased with the earbuds and I would recommend them.

The case is so small works great while on the run. I received the white color style and they just look great. The sound is something that JBL stands out for . The NC works great when theres people around and with the size it doesn't make you look like your not paying attention to your surroundings. These are one of my favorites so far.

I’ve always lived by the more expensive the headphones the better the sound but I have to say I’ve been proven wrong with these headphones. The sound on them is such great quality for the money. The charge on them is really impressive too compared to other major headphone companies, they lasted a long time, which is great because I don’t always remember to charge them everyday. The noise cancelling on them is great too, I can use them in the gym without any distractions and if other members of my family are watching something too I wouldn’t know. They are great for both listening to music as well as watching videos/ films. If you’re looking for some headphones at an affordable price that have great sound and charge life, these are for you!

I have been running them for roughly 2 weeks now and find i need to charge them and the case every other day Pros: Comfortable Excelent noise canceling ability (works better than any other earbuds i have on an airplane) Long battery life App control Touch pads Google Assistant / Amazon Alexa Case feels solid USB C charging Cons: Large case Stems go into the case to charge the earbuds which is somewhat clunky Personal pet peeve: I dont personally like having a "stem" on my earbuds althought the NC quality makes up for it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unreliable I have owned these for about 8 months and despite the adequate sound quality, there are a number of severe issues plaguing these earbuds. First, the connectivity became inconsistent after about 5 months. This was annoying but I lived with it. Second, the right earbud became difficult to get to charge, this has reached the point it is essentially not functional. Unfortunately Product Support was only able to suggest a few standard troubleshooting tips after which I was left on my own with an unusable set of earbuds. I suggest carefully reading the reviews on other JBL earbuds as well as this problem seems persistent across most of their wireless earbuds.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Impressive NC earbuds Pretty impressive NC earbuds. Set up is straight forward and the app is easy to use. Smart ambient setting is ok and NC setting is pretty good. Most impressive thing about these is the battery life! prob one of the longest lasting I've used and charge case has great capacity as well. Using for 5-7hrs a day and the charge case lasts about a week. However.....the pause/play/answer/NC on/off feature on the earbuds is very very sensitive and the slightest touch will activate it. Re-adjusting the earbuds can set them off. Overall a great NC earbud for its price.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wow! The Tune 230NC TWS are awesome! These are my 4th pair of Bluetooth earbuds, and now my favorite. They have that JBL sound, but these have about 20% more bass than my Peak Endurance earbuds. The noise canceling is 4 of 5 stars which is on par with the price point. Calls are clear, and voice clarity is as good as not using earbuds. My wife liked these so much I had to buy her a pair. I’m not sure these can be beat for the price.

Setting up is a breeze, make sure you use in conjuction with the JBL headphone app to access all the benfits. The battery life is very good, at no point have I had either bud loose all power. Charging is straightforward, just drop them in the case. In the time I've had them, I've only charged up twice. They ship with three sizes of silicone earpieces allowing you to get perfect fit and comfort. Unlike other ear buds I've tried, these seem to stay in place even during a brisk walk. The sound quality is excellent, with bass that is well rounded, pleasant mids and crisp highs. I recomment this product.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great ear buds! I really the fitting of these earbuds. The packaging comes with 3 sizes so it'll always fit your ear. They did fell out once, while biking on a bumpy road. Luckily I felt them falling out. The battery last really long. I charge them like once a week while I use them for two to three hours per day. When I'm outside and it's windy, the volume isn't loud enough for me because of the noises. So then I prefer the JBL headphone because it is more noise cancelling. But the earbuds are easier to grab. Also I like it that when I put them back, they immediately turn off. I’m really impressed at the sound quality of these. Also when calling my friends tell me they can hear my clearly even when I’m in my car of not near my phone. Overall I would highly recommend these ear buds!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Noise cancelling is a joke I'm actually sorry to have to write this. Noise cancelling on these earbuds barely make a difference to just normal mode. I didn't begin with high expectations I thought that if I was going to want headphones that cuts noise put completely I'd go for much more expensive ones such as 1000mx3/4s. But the noise cancelling here is just upsetting. I'm in a quiet room and I could hear my pencil tapping with noise cancelling on (if you wanted a perspective of how the NC is). Otherwise decent sound quality and app I can't fault that. Good bass in the headphones which is why I upped it to 2 star. Also slick design I have to give it that but to call it noise cancelling earbuds would be offensive to noise cancelling headphones hehehe.

The packaging is good and stylish with the buds packaged separately. Took them out and put them in the box for the first time and instantly connects with the phone. The JBL App is handy and easy to play with. This is where the positives end. The ANC on the app has a static sound when you turn it on. It is very irritating when the product is absolutely brand new. This is a problem I've come across JBL on the website with many others saying the same thing. £79.99 for the Earbuds with static sound on the first day is not a good sign. I am looking forward to return this item and purchase something else. I would suggest to look for something else.

I have an 12 Pro and here are the issues I constantly have with these ear buds: *Sometimes one ear bud will turn on mid conversation *Sometimes they won't connect when a call comes in *Sometimes I'll answer a call when the ear buds aren't on my ear and they pick up *Sometimes I'll decide to change the out put from the ear buds to my phone and mid conversation it just connects back to the ear buds They are highly inconsistent with when they want to work and when they don't. I chose these as a more cost effective solution and I am ready to ditch them and get back to my Beats Pro ear buds.

I was really worried they wouldn't fit in my ears because I have small ears but the smallest attachment fits perfectly. I got them for gym us as well as day to day and they're really good for running and stay in during my circuit classes. The only time they have fallen out is when I do squat jumps onto a high platform and even that can be prevented if you push them in every so often. The case holds its charge amazingly. I think I have charged them 3 or 4 times since purchasing.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not even working I received these earphones via ReviewClub to test for few weeks and give reviews and then send it back to them or they will send me half price voucher to buy it if i want, unfortunately I received these earphones and then I try to connect to my iphone but it didn’t connect, I charge it fully and then try to connect to other android phone I tried to pair with my Smart Television but its not connecting looks some kind of technical problems. Maybe my pair is faulty,, been to holiday took with us try to connect didnt work ! Really disappointed but maybe this is just a faulty pair!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent headphones I really like these headphones. I think they are feature rich and reasonably priced! They are comfortable for in-ear headphones. I credit the larger shape of them for that. They rest well in the ear and don't hang on the part in the ear canal. They work with the JBL Headphones app, which allows for some customization of the functions of the touch sensors as well as EQ functions. They have ANC and also ambient aware (uses the microphones/speakers to play the ambient sounds in the headphones) I really like this, because if someone talks it is easier to hear them. They also work quite well for phone calls. I think these feel well made. They are not feather-light, but feel light when wearing due to the molded shape. I would definitely recommend these to my friends!

The earbud worked at the start, but the right one stopped charging after a couple of months. I contacted customer, they sent some instructions to clean the bud and charger, which I did. It did not help. I asked about warranty, they told me to bring it back to store... nonsense.

In addition, you will receive different sizes of the soft earplugs, so that they fit everyone. Also it last a long time before you have to recharge the earbuds. The only problem I experience is while answering a phone call. The earbuds connect to my mobile phone, but I have to reconnect to the earbuds on my mobile phone to let the sound run through the earplugs. Therefore I prefer to use the earbuds for listening to music. Overall I am very happy with these earbuds.

The sound quality is excellent and I found them very easy and comfortable to wear . The volume on these ear buds is perfect and would highly recommend this product. Sound quality and noise cancellation is pretty good but it has some bugs such as, it doesn't charge sometimes inside case. It gets pretty hectic to place earbuds in case as it doesn't start charging at all. Product is good though but less controls are available as you have to choose volume control or noise cancellation control, can't have both at same time.

The microphone was unusable if you're in a louder setting, so definitely off the table for work from home. These don't compare to other JBL models and I wouldnt recommend. One positive is they do fit nicely in the ear.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Better than my AirPods Pro’s and beats buds I purchased these after purchasing our college age daughter a pair to replace her 2 pair of LOST overpriced AirPods. I have AirPods Pro’s and these surpassed them. I love the app and Noise Cancellation. People say they can hear me better and clearer while On calls as well. They are a little bulkier than AirPod pros however, they actually stay in my ears! My AirPods and my Beats buds fall out. I have fallen asleep with one in my ear multiple times and it is always still in my ear when I wake up! Can’t say that for the others. I love the long battery life as well. I am please with my purchases! I wished they had white in stock when I got mine but I settled for the black. My daughter and I both have iPhones and never have to reconnect! Love these and will look at JBL for future earbud purchases as well. Also, I was able to find a silicone glow in the dark cover for them online for protection. I highly recommend the 230NC model.

But, I couldn't get over the skipping of the music, the constant bluetooth disconnection and speeding up the music. I thought my first pair was maybe a dud so I exchanged them for a new pair. The second pair did the exact same thing, so unfortunately I had to return them altogether.

To get the sound signature I want - lively, punchy and smooth non ear piercing yet detailed sound, I used the EQ settings in JBL app attached below. This made them shine, big difference.

Our JBL Tune 230NC TWS doesn't support wireless charging. To charge the earpieces, the charging case must have enough battery using the USB cable included in the package.

Am I able to purchase replacement eartips for my earbuds? I have JBL TUNE230NC TWS. I&rsquo;ve used eartips from another JBL headphones but since they&rsquo;re not the right size they don&rsquo;t cancel out noise.

When trying to use the TalkThru feature, I can't hear anyone, is there a fix for that?

Thanks for your inquiry, it seems like you may have activated the ANC feature. Please make sure that you are activiating the TalkThru feature by pressing the touch control of the left earbud twice or you may use the JBL Headphones app to activate the TalkThru feature.

My earbuds are 2 months old and I have noticed a significant audio delay when watching stuff. The issue is not device specific as I have tried it on my phone and pc. I've tried doing a factory reset but that did nothing

Thank you for your question. What you are experiencing is a limitation of Bluetooth. When you start the video and audio at the same time, the audio will lag behind by the length of time it takes the Bluetooth hardware to receive, process and output it which is known as latency. You would not notice this lag if you are listening to music, but if you are watching a video the sound may be marginally out of sync. Latency varies depending on the hardware and software setups you have. Unfortunately, this product is not necessarily designed to be used as a earphone for video. I'm new to wireless headphones and I understand now that the charging case acts like a powerbank but after the first full charge to the headphones via the case when I store them in case will they keep topping up the headphones and drain the stored power?

Does the maximum music play time (battery) mean for the earbuds only without putting it back in the charging case? Or is it the maximum music play time once the charging case is fully charged

How well does this work for Teams call from Windows PC?

You can reset the Ear Buds of your Tune 230NC TWS by following the guide below. - Turn of the Bluetooth on your source device (Smart phone or tablet) this will make them undiscoverable while doing the reset. - Keep the left Ear Bud in the charging case take out the right Ear Bud press the button three times hold for 5 seconds on the third press. - Turn the Bluetooth back on again this will make the Ear Buds discoverable again.

Our JBL Tune 230NC TWS only has a noise-cancellation feature that minimizes sound distractions from the background when playing music. However, it doesn't have a noise-suppression microphone feature to reduce background noise for phone calls.

Can these be paired with two devices, and then switch from one device to the other?

Our JBL Tune 230NCTWS can be connected to multiple sources, however, you'll only be able to use it from one device at a time. To pair it with a different device, you may put the earbuds into pairing mode manually by doing a tap and long press (for 5 seconds) on either earbud.
