how long do you need to charge it for?

In order to get full charge , the JBL JR300BT needs to be plugged in for 2 hours. It has a 12-hour battery life and quick-recharge (get 1 hour battery life with 10 minutes charge).

The HID software for the jbl everest 300 update won't recognize my pair. Is there any other way to get the software update?

One important detail to remember when updating the Everest headphones is to use the USB cable that was included in the box. Also, try to use a different USB port available in your computer/laptop. Some cables are not suitable, and may cause the headphone to freeze, refusing to respond. Or they simply do not work at all. If you are still having issues, please submit a case at jbl.com/contactus and our Customer Service team will be glad to assist you further.

Which of your headphone products are latex free?

We don't use latex in any of our headphones, in-ears have silicone eartips, and on-ear/over-ear use fabrics (nylon) and/or faux-leather, which is protein-based.

It's my first time to charge my JBL Everest 300 and it seems weird because there's no red light after I plug the USB charger on the headphone. Is this normal that it's not showing any light if its charging?&nbsp;

The charging light can be a little difficult to see. It is actually located underneath and towards the bottom the right ear cup. It should be solid red as it is charging and will shut off once it is fully charged. If you still do not see the charging light turn red or if you are having difficulties turning the headphones on, please contact your local JBL Customer Service for technical support.

what is the refurbishing process? new Pads, or Battery ? and does it come in original packaging?

Hello, below is the Refurbished Guarantee criteria stated on our website. Cosmetics Criteria: 1 - All refurbished products are restored &amp; cleaned to have like new appearance. 2 - The product may have minor scratches, chips, cracks, dents or other cosmetic imperfection. Repair Process: 1 - Parts, both cosmetic or functional, will be replaced during the refurbishing process as needed. Testing: 1 - Refurbished products must pass testing of all original features and specifications. No exceptions. Packing: 1 - Refurbished products contain all accessories shipped originally with the factory-sealed goods. 2 - The accessories should look new and function as if they were new. 3 - Refurbished goods will ship and a standard brown box instead of the original packaging.

How do I turn these off to save battery?&nbsp;

To turn off the JBL JR300BT. Simply press on the power button on the headphones and it would flash a white light signaling that it's turned off.
