Using the Home app from Google, you can link as many speakers together as you want using Google Cast by creating a group.

The JBL PLAYLIST is mainly designed for audio playback so using Bluetooth connection from the speaker to the TV will encounter this Lip-Sync issue. It is because the Video and Audio playback of the TV takes time to be process via Bluetooth going to the speaker. However, if you will be using wired connection via an Auxiliary cable, this will reduce the process of Audio Playback and it will resolve the Lip-Sync delay issue.

Our JBL Playlist can only play music from music apps that support Chromecast.

The JBL Playlist does not need to be connected to the internet to work. You just need to plug it in, then if using it for the first time, would be in Bluetooth pairing mode immediately upon turning on.

Regardless, if it's Aux or Bluetooth, The JBL PLAYLIST does not cast to other devices.

Hi When you set up your Playlist through the Google Home app, you select the WiFi network it needs to be set up on. If this was the 2.4Ghz network, it will connect to that automatically. If your router uses the same SSID for both the 2.4Ghz network, as your 5Ghz network, it will connect to the strongest signal ( which is usually the 2.4Ghz network, albeit slower, it is a stronger signal ). To prevent that from happening, you will need to give the 2.4Ghz network a different name.

Hi, The JBL Playlist has Chromecast Audio built-in- So basically every streaming audio service that supports Chromecast can be used with the JBL Playlist. This includes Amazon Prime Music. iTunes and Youtube do not support Chromecast Audio, so if you want to stream audio from these sources, you will need to connect to the JBL Playlist by Bluetooth. You can cast any audio from your Chrome browser. -Go to the top right corner of your Chrome browser(3 dots icon). -Select "cast". -Find the speaker you want to Cast to. -Adjust volume directly to the speaker. You can send any audio via the browser to the speaker directly by doing this procedure. Please note, that when using YouTube or any other video source. Sound and Image might not be synced together. We would advice to use cable connection for that purpose.

The PLAYLIST is not waterproof nor resistance, and exposing to such environment will eventually damage the speaker.

JBL Playlist 150 has Chromecast Built-in and can be used to stream select applications depending on its capability. Unfortunately, YouTube isn't included, but you can stream using YouTube Music instead. Check out more information here: https://www.google.com/cast/apps/

Hi, and thank you for supporting JBL! With the Playlist, you have two options, Chromecast and Spotify Connect. The feature you ask about is possible with Spotify Connect (if you have a Premium account), and not possible with Chromecast. If you play Spotify Connect, you can resume the tune or playlist where you left off by using the Play button on the Playlist. Spotify Connect will remember your speaker, and know your last activity. If you change your internet connections or shut down your router, these details will be forgotten. I hope this answers your question.

Yes, there are 2 speakers inside the JBL PLAYLIST and it plays in stereo mode. JBL PLAYLIST and FLIP 4 both have Bluetooth and AUX connections but PLAYLIST has wifi capability. Major differences between the two are PLAYLIST has larger drivers which means louder compared to FLIP 4 and has Spotify Connect feature, Dual band Wi-Fi connection network and Chromecast built-in. Meanwhile, the FLIP 4 has JBL Connect+ feature that can link more than 100 JBL Connect+ enabled speakers together to amplify the sound.

The PLAYLIST is not a portable speaker and needs to be plugged in to a wall outlet in order to operate.

You will have to press play in the app you are using in order to use AUX and Chromecast there are no button press to switch between them, so to explain further, if you were playing Chromecast from a music source and starts playing from an analog source, then the Playlist will switch to the analog source, but connection via Chromecast will be disconnected. Going back to the Chromecast music source, the JBL playlist will reconnect to the service and then you press play to use that service. Whenever you need the speaker to play music via Bluetooth, you can always press the button on the JBL Playlist.
