The ANC and Ambient modes seem to work well. However, the Talk Thru feature doesn't seem to amplify the other person's voice as much, or let in as much sound as the Live 300 TWS model. Is this adjustable? Overall, these are phenomenal! Great product!

Hi, I have problem with ANC. I can't hear to difference between ANC ON/OFF. I can still hear an ambient sounds when I turn on ANC. I like this product but ANC was reason why i bought it. Is ANC only marketing in this product or I do don use it correct ? T

The ANC works much more effectively, if there are monotone frequencies in the background. For instance, in an airplane cabin or a train.

What's the better option, The UA Project Rock True Wireless X or The Reflect Mini NC? Also will the green colour become available on the UK site?

What exactly does “waterproof” mean? What are the limitations?

What is the difference between these and the Flow? Are they smaller hence the ‘mini’ name?

The microphones have improved a great deal, also they are now with NC integrated.
The sound quality has improved, and the pairing is much faster.

Can you wear these in the shower?
Our JBL Reflect Mini NC is IP67 waterproof and dustproof. It can be used during Extreme workout sessions and taking showers. But it is not recommended for swimming since Bluetooth signal doesn't pass through water.

Are the mini ones smaller than the reflect Pro? Cause those wouldn’t fit in my ears and am wondering if there’s a size difference for these hence the name “mini”.
Our JBL Reflect Mini NC is slightly smaller than our JBL Reflect Flow Pro but they have the same ear tip sizes.

This are listed as being waterproof for 30 minutes. Can they be used for swimming in a poll doing laps?

Our JBL Reflect Mini TWS NC has a rating of IPX7 which means that it is waterproof but it is not recommended for swimming since the Bluetooth signal doesn't pass through water. We suggest the JBL Endurance Dive for swimming activities as it has an MP3 Function where you can copy music files into it.

Right ear bud wont charge and I’m stuck in mono mode
We're here to help you with your JBL Reflect Mini NC. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. To manually connect, place both earbuds on the charging case and tap the button twice near the charging port. Can i use one ear piece a time?
Yes it is. The right earbud is the primary, so powering it on connects to your Bluetooth source. When you power on the left bud, it connects to the right one. So you can put the right one in and just use it, but you cannot use the left one without the right one

No, the Bluetooth signal cannot travel under water, therefore, you will have constant disconnection with this model. For swimming we recommend the JBL Endurance Dive.
