I have bought the headphones 3 days ago and with the first listening, the clickering started in the left headphone. I can't believe that this fast something like this happened. When I listen to the music all is fine, but with the podcasts it is unbearable. Even with every change of a song you hear such a strong clickering sound that it is truly uncomfortable. Strangely enough, nothing bad is with the phone calls, and it works even at a great distance. Bass is truly wonderful.
I am very struck as I generally really like JBL and have their speaker and it's great quality
for the price, but something like this hasn't happened even on cheaper products.

A Good Set of Headphones for a Low Price
The JBL 500BT is for sure a great set of headphones. At a price of $50, they work very well, and have some good comfortability. The 3-axis rotation on the ear cups allows for a better fit, which is really good. However, I do have to point out that there was no carrying case included, and I can't find any currently online which would fit the headphones. Furthermore, there is some white noise in the background when there is sound playing, and I have had times where Bluetooth connection started to stutter (but that may just be my phone). All in all, it's still a great product, and the bass on the headphones is also pretty good.

Love it so much i bought 2
I bought these because I love bass and quality. These are super well made and have minimal sound leakage, and sound just like my jbl car speakers which I love. My wife had some skull candy bluetooth headphones she had just bought the day before and we had to return them and buy her a pair of these because she wouldn't stop listening to mines. They sound clear, bass is deep but not muddy, but they are snug on my head. I have been working on loosening them up but its not easy with such great build quality. I stretch them and they go back to shape if i dont keep them stretched over night. So now I keep them on a big headed teddy hear when Im not using them.

Robotic noise, does anybody have a solution?
Hi, I love the earphones, good to listen to music, or watch netflix... but for my work i cannot use. But it was the main reason i have bought.
As i have read, many people met the robotic sound (so you cannot hear anything but the strange noice...) So can somebody offer any solution, a driver, a repair kit or something. I use slack daily, and sometimes skype... none of them working... That is not a solution that do not use handfree mode... The earphones were cost about 50 EURO i would like to use it. (Anyway it is very comfortable and sounds are great if it works)

Great sound quality but they hurt after some hours
If you want good headphones for a decent price they are the best choice in this category!
I searched for many model from different brands but this model of JBL is definitely the best choice, great sound quality, the bass is awesome, the battery life surprised me (1 day and 1/2 of intense use), the design is gorgeous, the matte colour and the quality of the plastic makes this headphones look premium.
I use them connected to my laptop and my phone at the same time, I can watch series and answer calls on my phone, they are useful but I would be more satisfied with this headphones if they didn't hurt my ears after hours using it because I use this headphones for travelling.

Anyone else experiencing sounding like a robot when trying to use the mic for calls from a pc?
connects to PC as 2 devices: headphones and headset. Works fine when output device chosen headphones, but when you choose headset the sound quality is like robotic. Theoretically you could use it as headphones, but in this you cannot use microphone. And you also cannot split output and input devices between headset and headphones, if you select microphone from headset but speakers from headphones, your microphone will work but you won't hear anything.

Is there a fix for the distorted or robotic sound issue while connected to PC for conferences? Unbelievable this issue has been ongoing for so long with no fix.
This issue still persists in 2022!! To clarify using the JBL 500 BT as a headset on Windows 10 in any app gives the same result - scrambled distorted sound when trying to use JBL 500 BT headset audio output , switching to JBL 500 BT headphone output audio is fine. However i am unable to use JBL 500 BT headset mic as input. I am not heard when selecting JBL 500 BT headset mic as input in any Windows 10 app. On the other hand JBL 500 BT work fine as a headset solution for output and mic input on Android!

Is there any solution to what has already been posted here? I bought this device in order to be able to use them for my work meetings, and so far thet are completely worthless.... i bought it as a complete headset not just to listen to music!

Can I use a Fast charging usb plug on these or will that break the battery or degrade the battery life?
As long as it is a Micro USB cable, you can use any charging cable with the headphones. Our JBL Tune 500BT has a lithium-ion battery so you don’t have to worry about battery the battery degrading or breaking. THEY ARE COMPATIBLE WITH PS4
Correction:
Our JBL TUNE 500BT CANNOT be paired with the PS4 directly through Bluetooth since it does not have the compatible drivers to connect to it wirelessly.
It is the JBL TUNE 500 - Wired On-Ear headphones that can be hooked to the wireless controller of your PS4. For the audio to work, go to the Settings on the PS menu, then go to Devices, then select Audio Devices . After this, select output to Headphones. With your headphones plugged in, select "All Audio" and the audio should now be coming out of your headphones and you would be able to use the built-in microphone on the headphones.

My JBL wireless earphones work well when they are wired to my laptop, but when I try bluetooth it delivers a robotic sound that never ends. Can I solve this?
Thats a problem in windows 10 you should select the sound option then you can see arrow up click that and select headphones stereo not hands free ag audio then the problem will be solved
