I wonder is it suppose to be the left side of the earphone is little bit louder and has more bass then the right side? It happen to my JBL 200bt, the right side sound like no bass at all.

How do you pair the headset to a LG5 smartphone

Pairing is pretty much the same as the other phones, if it's your first time pairing the Live 200, it will automatically go into pairing mode when turned on. Otherwise, please press on the button between the volume + and - for 3 seconds to put it in pairing mode. Then go to your LG5's bluetooth settings and turn on bluetooth to find the device and connect to it.

Our JBL Live 200BT goes into standby mode after not being used after 10 minutes while powered on and paired to a device. While it isn’t paired to a device, our JBL Live 200BT will automatically go on pairing mode until it pairs with a source device.

I had the headphones paired to my old phone. Then I paired them to a new phone, but anytime I turn the headphones on, it keeps asking my old phone if it wants to pair and it is super annoying. How can I stop it from doing so?

You need to go to your old phone's bluetooth setting to forget the connection so it won't prompt you to connect again.

Our JBL Live 200BT does not have a vibrate mode. If you're referring to get a notification when receiving phone calls, it will only ring with the specific ring tone you've selected on your phone through the headphones.

My son has bought the headphones and I paired them with my phone. I unpaired them after trying out. Each time he starts them now, they are also trying to connect to my phone with request for pairing. How can I make them forget my phone / reset them?

Hi there, please forget your JBL Live 200 BT's profile under your phone's settings, once the phone forgets your phone, it wouldn't prompt to ask to pair with your phone. If your son wants to pair it with his phone, please press the button in the middle of the volume controls for 3 seconds to put it in pairing mode. Alternatively, you can turn off your Bluetooth on your phone when not in use. Is there a way to get my phone to ring out loud ?  I don’t wear the ear buds 100% of the time.   I end up missing calls all the time because right now it’s only ringing through my jbl.
