It is understandable that it can be frustrating when some else interrupts your listening experience by connecting to your device. A reset will disconnect any connected devices from the product but will not remove them from another users device list. You should always ask people to disconnect/forget a product from their device. The only way to stop them from connecting again is by always keeping it paired to just your own device(s), or to turn off the speaker/soundbar when not in use.
