Do these work with iPhone?

Where is the serial number on these headphones?
The serial number for our JBL Tune 660NC is printed on a white sticker in the format AA0000-AA00000 and can be found on the headband by adjusting it. It can also be seen on the box that came with the unit.

My headphones are awesome. Especially when I’m at work. But just recently I’ve only been able to listen to music. When a phone call come through it doesn’t ring but I can answer with the button but I cannot hear Anythinh.

I've lost sound from the left headphone. I've disconnected, reconnected, did the forget device and re matched, nothing.

Will the 660NC play music from an Apple Watch Series 8 and allow you to answer calls via the microphone in the ear cup?

I wear bluetooth hearing aids. Can the JBL Tune 660NC be used while wearing hearing aids and not receive feedback?

Thank you for your question.
We have not tested the JBL Tune660NC headphones whilst also wearing any type of hearing aid, so we would not be able to confirm. However, there may be interference issues with these Bluetooth devices being in such close proximity.
We do offer a free 30 days returns period for a full refund where we provide shipping labels for any reason. If you want to test this, please feel secure in being able to return if you are not happy.

Are these headphones Vegan? Do they contain leather?

The base material in the JBL TUNE660NC is made of plastic. Earpads are an organic leather substitute, headband is made of plastic with a fabric cover, the adjustable part inside the headband is metal. Therefore, there is no leather on this model or any other headphones.

My headphones started making a beeping sound when noise cancelling is turned on. Is there a way to resolve this? I do not see JBL Tune 660 NC as a part of the JBL app to update the firmware.

Where I work at someone left there headset does this have a tracker in system so if I turn it on they can find it?

Our JBL Tune 660NC will pair and connect with TVs. However, you may experience audio-video delays as these headphones don't have low-latency codecs. Currently, we have no headphones which are optimized for TVs.

Does the ANC mode work whilst listening via wired connection? Also, what is the warranty length?

The noise cancelling feature only works when the unit is powered on, therefore, if your JBL T660NC are turned off to be used with the AUX cable then the noise cancelling function will not work. In regards to the warranty, is of two years in the UK.

Can this unit be used as hearing protection, Data sheet says a maximum SPL of 96 db.
Our JBL Tune 660NC's Noise Reduction Rating which measures the effectiveness of a hearing protection device to reduce noise levels isn't available at this time. If we are able to provide this information, we will do so at a later date.

Can these be paired with two different TV's to go back & forth with?
Our JBL Tune 660NC is designed to be used for connecting with your mobile phones, tablets, and laptops for streaming audio. You may encounter audio-video delays when you're using it to connect with your TV via Bluetooth since these headphones don't have apt-X HD low latency codes, which are being used for Bluetooth connectivity with TV.

Does noise-canceling work when the headphones are wired? I want to use on plane when watching in-flight entertainment so will not be able to use blue-tooth
Can you choose to include surround sound or disabling it?
Is the 2.5mm jack built into the headphone a 3 pole or 4 pole? The cable that comes with is 3 pole(no mic).
