Amazing Speaker
I've had this speaker for a while now, and it is quite easily the best sound from a single unit I've ever heard. The bass is a powerhouse, and it can play the highs with a surprising amount of clarity. Connection is no problem, it pairs ridiculously fast. Carrying the speaker is a bit of a hassle, but the wheels really improve mobility, although if you go to fast it does get a slight wobble and may fall. Even if it does fall however, which mine did from carrying it, the speaker shows no signs of damage whatsoever!
In general, this speaker has some of the most impressive sound profiling of any single unit I've seen yet, although I haven't heard the 710 nor the 1000. However, due to it's portability, the 310 is more my style, and it is not lacking in any respect.
Regarding the Partybox app, I wish there were more options for lights, as well as an on/off button for the speaker, as a sort of remote control. I feel that an on/off button would be very appreciated, as oftentimes I will be across my room, and would love to be able to turn on the speaker without getting up. Finally, if there could be a system adjustment where the app remembers my speaker it would be very helpful, a few times the app hasn't been able to find the speaker, and I have to re-boot both the app and the speaker, which I feel is a bug in the system.

Great look and great sound
We received the speaker today and love it already. It's much larger than expected but not in a bad way. It took like 5 seconds to get it working. The sound is great and loud, and my kids love the lights that play when the music plays. We really didn't know what to expect to when ordering the speaker, but we are pleasantly surprised. And it is very portable and easy to roll around. That's a great feature!

Love them!
For some reason after getting one of these I couldnt wait to get another, so now i have 2 and a house that sounds and shakes like a nightclub/event. They are really good, loud, clear, the bass is kind've awesome. I watched a lot of reviews before choosing the 310's, Im glad i did, they are brilliant, I use them every day. My partner was annoyed I got 2, until we had a weekend party, she loves them now :)

Battery lasts. Sound is really good. Clear sound, high quality sound. Bass is deep. Even when outdoors in the woods (at my camp fire). The bass boost gives it even more hit.
My neighbors can hear it 1/4 mile away and tell what is playing clearly. I am rural.
I would Absolutely wish it were twice as loud and just as clear. I may have to order a 2nd unit to achieve that but at $500, that won't be soon.

GREAT SOUND!!
I have only had this few weeks in my shop. I love the sound and the volume. I have had two friends by one for themselves this week! One for his back yard theater. The sound is amazing at both low and high levels. The bass is clear. The mike inputs with the sound effects make karaoke just fun. The lights are just a bonus to the whole package. Just can’t recommend this 310 enough!!!

The bass is incredible, especially when plugged in, you can feel this speaker from multiple rooms away. The 310 is well worth the price when compared to ALL predecessors. I also have a partybox 1000 and I have witnessed the 100, 200, 300, 310 and 1000.... the 310 is by far the best bang for your buck considering special features like wheels, splashproof and daisy chain!

great sound and bass
I have use partybox 300 and I liked is so much that I bought partybox 310 as it had more features that I liked, such as wheels/trolley, DJ buttons. So, in all I use partybox quite a lot while having campfire, grill or while enjoying in backyard.
Only thing that Partybox 310 is missing is remote. I feel having remote would be really helpful.

Amazing sound and deep bass
I got the partybox 310 about a week ago and i was impressed by the amazing sound quality deep bass. The light show is a great effect especially at night my kids love it. Its very portable the wheels and handle make moving it around very easy. I recommend the partybox 310 to anyone who enjoys the outdoors and family gatherings.

I've bought the partybox 300 years ago and now the 310. The partybox speakers sound amazing but you guys seriously need to put in an AM/FM TUNER feature it's kind of getting old that I have to connect my phone and can't listen to the local news shows.

I bought this, the speaker is excellent but 4 stars is because in the app there is no song titles or numbers or folders from media from usb. It would bee nice to have that, maybee is it possible with update jbl partybox app then this could bee the best speaker. And it would bee nice to have EQ but is not nessery.

Best Speaker I've Owned

Boom goes the PartyBox
Two weeks into Zumba classes and everybody loves the new sound! Tons of deep bass and lots of room filling sound. I rolled it easily outdoors for a class of 30 students on a basketball court, not a problem the sound was strong and everyone followed the music!

Great Product
Bought this for my daughter and her travel sports team. It’s the best I’ve ever used and sounds good. The 4 stars is for the wheels. They’re too narrow and it’s hard to transport w/o it tipping over and scratching up the system. Wheels need to be wider.

Perfect for me

So far so LOUD!
Order and delivery service spot on. Looks and so far, sounds like a great piece of kit. I'm gradually introducing it to my neighbours. I ride a group bike ride monthly. My plan is to carry it on my bike trailer to add music to the pedalling!

If you plan to make the gadget a true party centerpiece, consider an offering that’s capable of delivering multidirectional, 360-degree audio. Love this speaker. Use it with my record player and our movie projector outside.

I did not think the lighting, app and DJ would be do important when buying a speaker but they are. Can be powered from its built in battery or connect to a car power plug. Needs a referee whistle in the DJ app.

I only used my JBL Partybox 310 unit twice. Putting it up for sale. Can the new owner re-register the product? I still have the box, the unit is in mint condition. Do I delete my registration so that the new person can register it Or it can be transfered
The Product registration of our JBL devices is non-transferable. Please note that the warranty of the device will not carry-on to the 2nd owner of the JBL Partybox 310.

With the tws can you link a part box 300 with a party box 310?

I just received my Partybox and now plan to purchase a bluetooth mic. How do I connect the mic to the box - and can I hear music and vocals, simultaneously, if playing music from my phone, via bluetooth?
You can connect a Bluetooth mic to our JBL PartyBox 310 as long as the Bluetooth receiver or dongle is connected to the mic port of the speaker. Yes, you'll hear music and vocals simultaneously when you're playing music from your phone via Bluetooth.

Will volume sync on two Partybox 310's when connected by AUX wire 'daisy-chain'? This does not work on the Partybox 100 so wondering if it works on the newer upgraded model
Unfortunately there is no possibility for that. If the speakers are wired, this is an analog connection, so no data/volume information can be sent or received. As a result, the individual volumes will have to be regulated separately. This applies to all Partybox models.

I'm having issues with volume level when using AUX. It is totally distorted. I have tried different cables, but issue not resolved. I bought this for DJing remotely. So this is a huge disappointment. Please advise!

What does true wireless mean
Thanks for your question. TWS stands for True Wireless Stereo; you can wirelessly connect compatible partybox speakers via TWS using Bluetooth connection up to two partybox speakers, and it will play on L and R Stereo using the True Wireless Sound feature.

How is the partybox 310 better than the partybox 300?

The Partybox 310 has wheels and an extendable handle, it is now splashproof and it is compatible with its own app JBL Partybox. In the new app you can switch tracks, change up the light show, control karaoke features and more, all with a just a few taps and swipes. Sound effects are available on the top panel. The control panel on JBL PartyBox 310 also has convenient built-in backlighting that activates in the dark. Additionally the PartyBox 310 has been tweaked to fit most speaker stands.

I am looking into portable power banks to charge this with and need to know the full battery specs like the mAh etc. I cant find them anywhere could you find out for me? Thanks

As a minimum the charging bank should have 12V and otherwise the same specifications as the Partybox 310 i.e. 4A.

How can I turn the partybox on and off with the app?
Our JBL PartyBox app doesn't have a power on/off function. Here are the things that the app can do:
-play, pause and skip tracks
-control sound effects
-wirelessly pair two JBL PartyBox 310 speakers for two-channel stereo or double volume
-karaoke controls
-customize light show

JBL Partybox 310 - if the battery is totally discharged, can the A/C run the speaker at full power?
If the battery of our JBL PartyBox310 is discharged, the speaker will still run at full power when plugged into the AC power outlet.

How can I disable the sound when a device connects to the speaker? I was able to disable this feature on my Charge 3 through the JBL Connect app but don’t see the option with this unit. Very loud and annoying sound.
Unfortunately, our JBL PartyBox 310 doesn't have the feature to turn off the audio feedback.
